Privacy Notice - NHS Federated Data Platform (FDP) - Supplier Palantir

St Luke's Surgery is not currently using the NHS Federated Data Platform. This means we are not sending patient data from our practice to the FDP, and patient information is not being stored or used there. Our patient records continue to be held securely within our existing systems, and we remain responsible for ensuring that information is handled safely, lawfully, and confidentially.
